Receive and document
We issue a numbered receipt and place the piece in a secure tray. Initial details are recorded before anything else.
Inspect and assess
We look at the piece carefully and prepare a written condition summary. This is the foundation of everything that follows.
Discuss and agree
We share our findings with you and lay out the options. Work only proceeds when you've agreed to the scope.
Service and test
The work is carried out, then tested for the relevant parameters before we contact you for collection.
Quartz Revival
Battery renewal with a full gasket check and a soft clean of the case and bracelet. A gentle first step for a watch that has quietly stopped. Includes a water-resistance pressure test and honest feedback if anything deeper needs attention. Returned within a couple of working days.

Mechanical Overhaul
A thorough service of an automatic or manual movement, including cleaning, lubrication, and precise regulation. Suited to cherished pieces that have not been opened in several years. We share a clear condition summary and discuss options with you before continuing, at a pace that suits you.

Bracelet & Case Care
Careful refinishing of the case and bracelet to ease everyday marks, with link adjustment for a comfortable fit. A considered choice for a watch you wear often and would like to feel fresh again. Delicate finishes are treated conservatively to keep their original tone.

Every watch is receipted and placed in a numbered tray on arrival. The receipt is required at collection.

We share our findings and discuss options. Nothing proceeds without your knowledge and agreement.
Post-service testing
Each service type has a testing step before we contact you for collection. We don't hand things back untested.
Secure workshop storage
Pieces remain in our secured workshop for the full duration of service. They leave only with the numbered receipt.
